PersistentAccess	This class provides a static method to access the client and server persistent factories.It reads in the file "WSRPServices.properties" for the server and the file "SwingConsumer.properties" for a client.
WSRPServiceDescription	This class extends the ServiceDescription class for persistent purpose and maps the CookieProtocol attribute in the servicedescription to the corresponding string representation.
