Constructs a tree node for a given Preferences object.

Parameters:

somePreferences - To be viewen as tree node.

aDefaultNameKey - which is used to retrieve a name from Rsc that is displayed if the preferences name is empty.

Throws:

BackingStoreException - If something goes wrong.
