Create an SSL connection.

Parameters:

serverAddress - The address of the server.

port - The port number to use.

internalServerAddress - internal server address. May be null.

Returns:

MultiplexConnectionIfc The created connection.

Throws:

IOException - If the server fails to initialise the ip service.
